Bobbie Jacobs who’s enrolled in Lower Brule Sioux Tribe unexpectedly was diagnosed with Stage 3 Squamous Cell Carcinoma Lung Cancer, unfortunately Indian Health Services cannot help with majority of the medial cost. She’s stepping out of her comfort zone and asking for any help.
Bobbie was awarded The Humanitarian Award in 2014 for her dedication to high-risk adolescents and adults through mental health clients. Bobbie is a hard working independent woman with selfless dedication. She drives to the homes of her clients daily within 100 mile radius. In her spare time, she helps out a friend with her business on nights and weekends when needed. She also sits on a community advisory board for at-risk adolescents. Bobbie is a loving mother of 6 adult children, 11 grand children, and 1 step son with 4 grand children. People love Bobbie and Bobbie loves people!!
As stated above, she is stepping way out of her comfort zone by asking for any assistance to offset medical cost. Bobbie will greatly appreciate any and all prayers shares and donations.
