My name is Bobbie. I'm a certified occupational therapy assistant. I help people every day. I'm stepping out of my comfort zone and asking for help. I'm struggling to take care of my animals and family.

I'm the sole financial provider for my family right now. I'm supporting my wife, as she is in school full-time to finish her bachelor's degree in Sign Language interpreting.

I make enough to cover rent, house bills, car insurance, and phone. There are times that I don't have money for groceries. It's a struggle to make sure my animals are taken care of. If there was an emergency, I don't know what we would do.

I know people are struggling, that's what makes it hard to ask for help.
