Hi my name is Gloria Gluskin. My sister Bobbie Haverly and her husband Paul have had a series of unexpected financial emergencies in the last few months. Yesterday, while returning a book through the library book depository-the top Bobbie’s finger to the first knuckled was cut off. She is in the hospital having surgery but it cannot be reattached.
