Daughter’s Birthday Party Turns into Nightmare for Bobbi
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Jason. I’m starting a GoFundMe for my ex, Bobbi Fehr, the mother of our beautiful daughter. On August 8, while celebrating our daughter’s 12th birthday at a trampoline park, Bobbi suffered a tragic accident and broke BOTH LEGS. She endured 9 hours in the ER without pain relief before undergoing a 6-hour surgery. She now faces at least 6 weeks confined to bed, followed by months of rehabilitation, and can’t return to her basement suite until she’s able to manage stairs again.
Bobbi had just started a new job and, still in her three-month probation period, isn’t eligible for EI, leaving her without income.
Then, as if things couldn’t get worse, while she was in the hospital, her car was stolen from the parking lot. Police recovered it, but she was hit with a $460 towing and impound bill, plus $400 for her two leg casts—which hospital staff told her must be paid before she can transfer to a live-in rehabilitation center—along with ambulance charges.
Bobbi doesn’t have many people to lean on, which is why I’ve stepped in to organize this fundraiser. I’m hoping to raise enough to help her cover rent, bills, and medical expenses so she can focus on recovery instead of the fear of losing her home. Any contribution, big or small, will make a real difference in her healing journey.
Thank you,
Jason
