Help Bobbi & Doug Through This Difficult Time

This fund is being set up for a very special couple, who are also two of my very dear lifelong friends. Bobbi & Doug Abshire both grew up and went to school in Hurricane, but currently live near Lexington, Ky. Friends, Doug is very ill. He was hospitalized on October 18th with severe pancreatitis. He was put on a ventilator and has since developed ARDS (Adult Respiratory Distress Syndrome). Bobbi has been by his side in the hospital this entire time. She does not know when Doug will be stable enough to be taken off the ventilator. His road to recovery is very uncertain and will be very long. Bobbi and Doug need our financial support at this time. Every amount donated will help cover things such as food, gas, household bills, and the medical bills that will be coming very soon. Bobbi and Doug are two of the kindest, most generous people I know. Even during times when they didn’t have much to give, they still helped others in need.
