Help Bobbi Breathe Easy Again

At any given moment Bobbi may suffer another respiratory emergency; in order to have her attended by ER staff, I would have to pay an upfront deposit minimum of $2,000. Unfortunately her diagnostics have put me $10,000 in debt; exhausting my savings, tax return and credit limit. Any donations are extremely helpful to provide care, diagnosis, treatment and prevent economic euthanasia.

Bobbi (also know as "Baby," "Biscuits," and "Bobble") entered our lives the weekend of Valentine's Day. Her curious nature and perseverant joy for life have captured everyone that meets her. Despite being a chronically wobbly cat, Bobbi stubbornly enjoys exploring, climbing, making biscuits and nonstop playing like any kitty. However, on Tuesday (3/17), Bobbi suddenly vomited and suffered from respiratory anaphylaxis with a severe difficulty breathing, foaming at the mouth, and meowing in fear. I rushed her to the nearest 24 hr emergency room where after running diagnostics (x-ray, blood work) and prescribing some antibiotics, Bobbi was sent home. The following morning, she had another attack of labored breathing, foaming at the mouth and was rushed to her primary vet. Even more diagnostics were run, and she was transferred to a specialty animal hospital where she received an endoscopy. Following no conclusive results from the endoscopy, Bobbi was weaned off the oxygen chamber following overnight hospitalization which was cut short due to a lack of funds. After being sent home Thursday (3/19), Bobbi's comfort levels, appetite and neurological function/awareness significantly improved. Her playful spirit pushes forward through her health crisis and provides hope for her future. However, her breathing remains the primary concern, as it can range from calm, congested breathing to labored breathing and vomiting very quickly. The total cost of her care last few days comes in around $10,000 (which were paid with all my credit cards, a $4000 approval from CareCredit and the remainder of my savings/tax return). At any given moment Bobbi may suffer another respiratory emergency; in order to have her attended by ER staff, I would have to pay an upfront deposit minimum of $2,000 which is not possible using my own income or credit any longer. Any help towards Bobbi's case is extremely helpful. She is currently struggling but fighting with all she's got to get to tomorrow l. We are waiting on some significant blood tests to come back Thursday (3/26), hopefully bringing a diagnosis and/or treatment plan for Miss Bobbi. Due to her worsening appetite l, nausea and vomiting we are prematurely starting her on a treatment for FIP tomorrow serve as a diagnostic and provide her potentially lifesaving treatment as we wait for a definitive diagnosis from bloodwork.
