Support Bob Schag as He Faces Stage 4 Cancer
Our family is asking for help during an incredibly difficult time.
Bob Schag, was recently diagnosed with stage 4 oral cancer of the jawbone that has metastasized. What started as what he thought was a simple toothache quickly turned into life-changing news.
Before his diagnosis, Bob had been working hard to rebuild his life. He had returned to trucking, was taking steps to support his mental health, and had reconnected with his faith through church, where he found a strong sense of community. He was also spending time helping young adults with special needs—something that meant a lot to him. He was moving forward in a positive direction and finding stability again.
Since his diagnosis, everything has shifted. Bob is currently undergoing aggressive immunotherapy and facing a demanding schedule of treatments, appointments, and medications. He continues to stay as hopeful as he can, but the physical, emotional, and financial toll has been challenging and overwhelming in every way.
Because he’s unable to work right now, the financial strain has become significant. He needs help covering medical bills, co-pays, prescriptions, and basic living expenses. Transportation is also a challenge—without a car, he relies on public buses to get to and from his appointments, even on his most difficult days.
We’re asking for any support you’re able to give. Donations will go directly toward Bob’s medical care and daily needs, helping reduce some of the stress he’s facing so he can focus on treatment.
If you’re not able to donate, sharing this or keeping Bob in your thoughts and prayers means just as much.
Thank you for taking the time to read and for any support you can offer.
