THE STROKE:
On December 30, 2018, Bob suffered a devastating ischemic stroke. The stroke left him unable to use his left side.
Bob is currently residing in a long term nursing facility. He has been working hard with physical, occupational and speech therapists to recover enough to be able to live independently again.
PROGRESS:
Bob has made many gains through therapy but he is still unable to use his left arm. He is, however, able to walk short distances with assistance. Unfortunately, therapy has been reduced from five days a week to three due to Medicare and Medicaid cost restrictions.
HOW DONATIONS WILL BE USED:
Bob needs your help to go home. All donations will be used to help with medical bills and for the house modifications he needs to live independently.
All donations will be greatly appreciated and used to help Bob get back home.
