Help Bob Regain Independence After Amputation
Donation protected
Help Bob gain his independence again after amputation.
We all know that Bob Zola spent years incarcerated for a terrible mistake he deeply regrets. Despite his past, he doesn’t deserve to face this new hardship without help. Losing his leg has left him without mobility, and he’s in urgent need of a scooter to regain his independence.
For those unfamiliar with Bob’s situation, he is currently in a halfway house in Scranton, located on a hill. At the moment, he’s being fitted for a prosthetic, but it will take some time, so he isn’t mobile yet. The only way he can get around inside the building is by using a wheelchair, but he can’t go outside because navigating the hill is impossible for him. His only option for getting anywhere is if someone picks him up, which can be quite challenging. Bob desperately needs a scooter to give him some independence and mobility, even just to make a quick trip to the corner store. Right now, he’s confined to looking at the same four walls, which can take a serious toll on his mental well-being.
At the moment, a more powerful scooter is quite expensive. We’re working to raise funds to help Bob regain some independence and improve his quality of life.
Thank you!
