Help Bob Liccardi Rebuild After Accident
Donation protected
My name is Joe Saltalamachia. I am starting this page for my friend Robert (Bob) Liccardi. Bob was involved in a car accident last week while heading to a job. On his way to that job (Bob is an independent contractor/carpenter/painter, etc.), a snow plow, operated by a Hannibal Town employee, lost control of his vehicle while coming down a hill. The plow traveled across the oncoming lane and smashed into Bob's vehicle, pinning Bob inside for nearly an hour. Bob hit his head off the pillar, and his knee was smashed. Bob's truck is totaled, and the insurance companies are telling Bob there is a law that prevents the municipality from being held liable.
Bob is suffering from the concussion he sustained and still can't walk without significant pain in his knee. So, he is currently unable to work. As mentioned, the truck was his only means of transportation. Without a vehicle, Bob cannot run the business he just started. Bob is a good person. A Christian who is trying to survive. He has a 10-year-old daughter he has to support as well. He needs our help.
Money will be spent on a new vehicle, his mortgage, food, supporting his daughter and for hospital bills.
