Help Bob Haggerty get back into the field

Donation protected
Bob Haggerty has been crippled through disease and past injury to the point where enjoying the outdoors is only possible if we can get him in an all terrain wheelchair or power assist. Bob grew up in south western Ontario on a farm. His father taught him how to fish and hunt, later Bob taught his father how to hunt with bows. The past decade Bob has been hunting deer and turkeys with a crossbow In 2007 at 48 he had his first heart attack, which damaged his heart and 2 years later was his second. Multiple TIA’s (mini strokes). Degenerative disc disease, herniated discs, degenerative hips, arthritis and diabetes followed. His health issues have left him unable to work and require the use of a wheelchair. A powered all terrain wheelchair or power assist needs to be lightweight and portable to fit in his SUV. This type of chair or power assist would provide him with a measure of independence and the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors once again. He has been on “lockdown’ since 2018 due to his health issues and lack of a usable outdoor mobility device. Possible choices are:

All that said, I am looking for you guys to step up to the plate here. If he were one of your family, or hunt club member, what would we do to help? I want to see Bob enjoying nature once again.
