Help Bob Fight Cancer: A Journey of Strength and Hope

Dear friends and family,

I’m reaching out to share some heartbreaking news about our dear friend, Bob. Over the past few days, Bob has been experiencing significant pain and discomfort. On Monday, February 24th, he went to Flagstaff Medical for what seemed like a minor issue, only to find out that he had a blocked gallbladder valve. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse. By Tuesday, doctors informed him that there was a possibility of a rare and aggressive cancer—Bile Duct Cancer.

Thankfully, they caught it early, but the road ahead will be long and challenging. Bob was transported to Phoenix on February 27th, where Banner Hospital confirmed the diagnosis. He will be undergoing surgery on Tuesday to remove the mass, and the medical team will take it from there to determine the next steps in his treatment journey.

As you can imagine, this will be an incredibly difficult time for Bob and his loved ones. There are many uncertainties, and the costs of medical treatments, surgeries, and follow-up care are starting to add up quickly. This is where we can all make a difference.
