I began working at Salem in November of 2003, and lived in West LA at that time. After commuting every day for about 11 years, I found a home in Camarillo which I purchased in August of 2014 and moved in in September of 2014.  Tracy and I got married last year on September 14, 2024 and at that point it became her home as well.  The day after my wedding, I had a brunch for family members at my home, and we took a group photo outside on the front steps.  The fire started the morning of November 6.  Both Tracy and I were at the office at the time it began moving into our neighborhood.  I left the office and tried to get back to the house to see if I could rescue anything, but could only get about ½ mile from the house because at that point the conditions were too severe to get any closer.  Therefore, unfortunately we were unable to save anything from the home.
