Urgent appeal for boat fire victims

Tom and Shane lost everything on their two boats in a catastrophic fire early on Thursday morning.  Four other boats sustained significant damage as residents bravely fought the fire along with the amazing emergency services crew. Miraculously, no-one was seriously hurt - thanks to Patch, an owner's dog who alerted everyone to the blaze.

Sadly, Tom and Shane's boats were completely destroyed. 

The tight-knit marina community are devastated, and are raising funds to meet out-of-pocket costs for those affected.

Please help these two skippers get back on their feet.  They both lived on board, are caring members of the marina community and need to rebuild their lives. 

Funds raised will be provided to support out-of-pocket costs immediately to all affected boat owners.
