Help Bo Heal: Support His Ear Surgery

My name is Stacy, I rescued Bo this past fall, his life long owner had to move out of state to live with his sick father. Bo has been through quite a bit since I rescued him- he lost his life long friend, he met several dog walkers when I had a broken foot, he suffered a severe ear infection that took over a month to heal, and currently he is dealing with a horrible hematoma in his ear. Today we had to rush him to the vet because his ear was so swollen. The vet said that he needs a surgery on his ear to help stop the reoccurring hematoma. Bo is miserable with the head wrap on and with his ear in constant pain. Bo is such a loving, playful, and loyal companion. I am asking for any help anyone can give to help him get through this and back to being a happy and healthy dog. Thank you in advance.
