BMA East Cork, the only kickboxing club in East Cork, is gearing up for an incredible journey! This late summer/early autumn, eight talented young athletes from our club will proudly represent Ireland at the 2025 European Championships in Portugal. But they won’t be going alone—coaches, trainers, and supportive parents will also make the trip to ensure our fighters have the best possible experience.

The Challenge:

Competing at this level is a dream come true, but it comes with a hefty price tag. The estimated cost is €1,750 per person, covering travel, accommodation, and participation fees. With multiple athletes, coaches, and parents needing to go, we need your support to make this dream a reality!

How We Got Here:

In late March 2025, ten of our fighters competed at the National Championships—an incredible achievement in itself. Every single one of them medaled, and eight of them qualified to represent Ireland in Portugal. This is a moment of immense pride for our club and our community!

About BMA East Cork:

BMA East Cork is a dedicated kickboxing club led by Head Instructor Edwin Heffernan and Club Instructor Taylor Heffernan. We offer classes for kids, teens, and adults, helping them build confidence, discipline, and skill. We train in Cloyne Community Centre on Mondays and Wednesday!
