Hi, my name is Alex, and I’m fundraising for my wife Bluebelle – known to many of you as BellaBlue, a gifted vocalist, and the powerful voice behind the live drum & bass band Darkmatta.

Bluebelle is a passionate and talented artist who lives to perform, create, and connect through music. Her voice isn’t just her instrument – it’s her identity. But right now, that voice is in pain.

For the past year, Bluebelle has been suffering with serious dental problems that have left her in constant pain. Eating, sleeping, and even speaking has become difficult – let alone singing. She’s now at a critical point where major dental surgery is the only option left to relieve the pain and give her a chance to get back to doing what she loves most: making music.

We’ve explored every possible route through the NHS and community dentistry, but the severity of the work she needs – including surgical extractions, reconstruction, and implants – is not accessible without going private. The total cost is £12,000, and we simply can’t cover this alone.

Why this matters:

Bluebelle’s voice is her livelihood.

As BellaBlue and the lead singer of Darkmatta, she has performed at underground shows, festivals, and live events across the UK. Her lyrics, energy, and raw power on stage are unforgettable – but right now she’s been forced into silence.

She’s been incredibly strong, but the pain is relentless.

This isn’t just about music – it’s about dignity, mental health, and quality of life. No one should have to live like this.
