Help Blu Walk Again: Urgent Surgery Needed
Donazione protetta
Blu has been a part of my life since she was just five months old. For the past six years, she’s been more than a pet—she’s my emotional support, my companion, and a true member of our family. My son Jacob and I have shared countless memories with Blu, and she’s been by our side through life’s ups and downs, offering unconditional love and comfort every single day.
Recently, Blu suffered a torn cranial cruciate ligament (CCL) in her knee and now needs Tibial Tuberosity Advancement (TTA) surgery to walk comfortably again. Right now, she struggles to move around the house and is in constant pain. It’s heartbreaking for Jacob and me to see her like this—unable to enjoy the walks, cuddles, and playful moments she once loved.
The funds raised will go directly toward the cost of Blu’s surgery, which needs to happen as soon as possible. The specialist explained that waiting could worsen her condition and even put her other leg at risk, since she’s a large dog and is putting all her weight on it. While she’ll need medication and aftercare, my primary concern is making sure she can get the surgery she needs to start healing.
Any support you can offer—whether through donations or simply sharing this—would mean the world to us. You’ll be helping Blu return to the joyful, loving dog we know, and bringing peace of mind to both me and Jacob as we do everything we can to care for her.
