Hello, my name is Celeste…I prefer Bloo. I don’t like to ask for anything out of anyone, but I understand I’m going to need some help with this since my insurance is extremely unhelpful. What I’m sharing here is very personal…and I hope it is understood.
I have been experiencing complications with my breasts since around 2023, having multiple cysts in them, as well as my ovaries. I now have a milk stone in my left breast while I have a lump in my right breast the size of a golf ball. I do not have a clear diagnosis of what is going on, but I do know that these issues are active/flared up from extreme hormonal changes.
With my insurance, they will only do emergency surgery. Although, being that this is urgent, it might be covered because it’s been giving me complications for basically 3 years to which now it’s noticeable through my skin, I have hope that it will either be aspirated or removed. I am hoping that the surgeon will just remove it entirely, but I am open to it being drained with a needle to minimize recovery time. But my question is, what if aspirating this strange cyst works for a while, then after that while it starts causing the same problems/refills with fluid again?
edit: today is 8/26/25 & just saw the surgeon.
She aspirated the (definitely sure now) cyst. She made it aware that the cyst’s sack can refill & I will need to be seen again when/if it happens. Which I am NOT okay with. I am in stinging pain as I type this. I will NOT go through this again. Genetic test results will be available to me in 2-3 weeks.
I will need to pay out of pocket for any sort of real help.
After doing lots of research and if it means avoiding cancer down the road even being at low risk from the genetic test results (great news but I still have hormonal imbalances), I just want to get a breast augmentation done with. I can’t express how much I hate asking for help… I know that this is going to be a lot of money though… so anything helps to help keep myself cancer-free & no longer suffer from these complications I’ve been experiencing for a very long time. I am beyond grateful for those who have already offered help along with everyone else who takes the time to read/share and for their generosity. Thank you all and stay safe out there.
