Help Blobbie Rebuild After Fire Loss

Hello, my name is Olivia and I am raising funds for my dear friend Blobbie, who has recently been displaced by the Eaton fire. I will let Blobbie tell you his own story below. Please help Blobbie rebuild after this devastating fire.

My name is Blobbie. I was/am a docent at The Zorhian Ranch. It was my dream to live at the ranch for 6+ years and FINALLY in June of 2024 I was granted that wish! For the first time since 2022 I had stable housing, work and was in my favorite place in LA, The Zorthian Ranch. For a short 6 months I was blessed work, a safe space to sleep of my own and to live among the beautiful nature of San Gabriel foothills with a community of people I love, but now, I find myself yet again...displaced. The Ranch can never be replaced, but maybe my sense of stability can.

I was lucky enough to be able to get the important things I cared about out when I evacuated; however, I still lost many things in the Eaton fire that tore through Altadena on January 7th. A One-of-a-kind handmade instrument from legendary synth maker Vlad Kreimer of SOMA Laboratory was lost along with clothes, tools from my late grandpa, my megaphones, music gear/cables that I perform with, mic stands, speaker stands, speakers, mixers, special fabrics, a Nintendo Switch, many books and too many things that I keep remembering but the biggest thing...my home and stability.

I am a wizard and a wizard needs a place to, well, wizard. I've lost my wizard tower and now need to find another home.

My main skill is putting on events, hosting, and running sound for parties/events. I also learned SO many valuable lessons and skills while living at the ranch, it was truly a life changing experience. Who knows how long it will take before we can rebuild and have our ranch community back to even close to what it once was. Until then, I will have to find some where to be, I can't live on couches forever. This has been the most destabilizing event of my life.

I'm asking for help to offset my loss of work, belonginga and finding a place to live. If you can help me do this, I would greatly appreciate it.
