Help Blizzard Get the Urgent Medical Care She Needs

On December 26, in the middle of a snowstorm, this little kitten appeared alone, cold, and desperately asking for help. She crossed the street, approached a car, and climbed inside when the door was opened. She had nowhere else to go. ❄️

We named her Blizzard, because she was found during the storm that almost took her life — and because she is stronger than it.

Blizzard is only 5 months old and was rescued in very poor condition. She is currently battling infections and needs urgent veterinary care, including exams, medications, and continued treatment to stabilize her and give her a real chance at survival.

At the time of her rescue, all veterinary clinics were closed due to the storm. I did everything I could to keep her alive through the night — providing warmth, first aid, food, and starting basic care — but she now needs professional medical attention as soon as possible.

I am already overwhelmed with rescued kittens, but leaving her behind was never an option. She is just a baby. She deserves a chance to live, to heal, and to know what love feels like.

El 26 de diciembre, en medio de una tormenta de nieve, esta pequeña gatita apareció sola, con frío y pidiendo ayuda desesperadamente. Cruzó la calle, se acercó a un carro y se metió dentro cuando se abrió la puerta. No tenía a nadie. ❄️

La llamamos Blizzard, porque fue encontrada durante la tormenta que casi le quita la vida — y porque es más fuerte que ella.

Blizzard tiene apenas 5 meses de edad y fue rescatada en muy malas condiciones. Actualmente lucha contra infecciones y necesita atención veterinaria urgente, incluyendo exámenes, medicamentos y tratamiento continuo para poder estabilizarla y darle una oportunidad real de vivir.

En el momento de su rescate, todas las clínicas veterinarias estaban cerradas debido a la tormenta. Hice todo lo posible para mantenerla con vida durante la noche — dándole calor, primeros auxilios, comida y comenzando cuidados básicos — pero ahora necesita atención médica profesional lo antes posible.

Estoy completamente llena con gatitos rescatados, pero dejarla atrás nunca fue una opción. Ella es solo una bebé. Merece vivir, sanar y conocer el amor.
