I’m Michael Londoño, a blind triathlete and father. In 2026, I will push my limits and break records to show that disability doesn’t stop dreams. Only 10 days left to raise the funds… help me make history and inspire my child and others!

My name is Michael Londoño. I am a triathlete, a father, and I am blind. In 2026, I have set myself an incredible mission: to complete multiple athletic challenges including two Half Ironmans, three marathons, 12 hours of cycling, the Disability Race, and a 21-kilometer swim around Key West, where we aim to break the record by swimming it in under 7 hours and 30 minutes.

My 2026 Athletic Challenges
• January: Naples Half Marathon and Miami Half Marathon
• February: 12-hour continuous cycling event
• May: First Half Ironman
• June: 21 km swim around Key West with four guides for safety, orientation, and pacing
• September: Second Half Ironman
• October: Chicago Marathon
• December: Disability Race

Each event requires an official guide, which doubles the costs: double registration (because both my guide and I compete officially), double transportation, double accommodation, double meals, and double specialized equipment. For the 21 km swim, having four guides increases costs even more.

In addition, my bicycle is damaged, which is essential for training for the 12-hour cycling and the Half Ironmans.

Why I Need Your Help

Last year, I suffered a shoulder injury that prevented me from working and competing. The last competition I could participate in was that year, and because my work depends on my hands, my income has decreased significantly. This makes it impossible for me to cover the costs of registrations, logistics, guides, and my bicycle for all the challenges I’ve set for 2026.

As a father, I want to teach my child that determination, effort, and faith can overcome any obstacle, and that dreams are achievable with persistence and support.

Only 10 Days Left — Your Support is Crucial

Every donation, big or small, brings me closer to proving that disability does not stop dreams, it fuels them:

✔️ Helps cover double registrations
✔️ Supports guides who will accompany me at every event
✔️ Contributes to repairing or replacing my bicycle
✔️ Makes it possible to pursue a 21 km swim record in under 7h30
✔️ Brings hope to thousands of people who need real inspiration

Thank you for helping me achieve these goals, inspire others, and show that even without sight, I can reach what many think is impossible.

With gratitude,
Michael Londoño
