Meet Little Mila
This sweet girl was cruelly abandoned on the streets of Dubai—likely a victim of illegal breeding practices where animals deemed "unprofitable" are discarded without a second thought.
When Mila was found, she was disoriented and circling—clear signs of neurological distress. A vet visit confirmed the worst: Mila had Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP), a devastating illness that, without prompt treatment, is almost always fatal.
As if that wasn’t enough, Mila is also completely blind. It's unthinkable that someone could leave a sick and vulnerable cat alone in blistering 40+°C heat.
But Mila is a fighter.
She’s already started the 84-day course of life-saving injections with GS-441524—a drug that has successfully cured countless FIP cats. We’ve seen firsthand how cats like Mila go on to recover fully and live joyful, love-filled lives.
Due to the severity of her condition, Mila is on double the standard dosage, which makes this treatment even more costly. Her rescuer is already thousands of dirhams in debt from helping other urgent cases, and now we’re reaching out to you.
How you can help:
This fundraiser aims to ease the burden of Mila’s veterinary costs. Every donation—no matter how small—can make a real impact. Even the cost of a cup of coffee could help give Mila a second chance.
Please consider donating and sharing Mila’s story with your friends and family.
Thank you so much for your kindness and support.
