Bleu is a 7 year old Umbrella Cockatoo! He has 2 dislocated legs because he managed, in his cockatoo way, to unfasten and pull over a heavy toy on himself. Without this surgery, this 7 year old friendly happy boy will have to be euthanized. Can anyone help with this vet bill? Since his injury he has had to be confined to a small cage. He is not happy about it. Previously he was a very curious boy!
