This past weekend, our beloved friend and team leader Blaze faced a terrifying health emergency—sudden, life-threatening internal bleeding that landed him in the hospital. Thanks to swift medical care and his incredible strength, Blaze made it through, but his recovery is just beginning.

Blaze is more than a friend—he’s family to everyone he encounters and a cornerstone of our Addis family. If you’ve ever dined with us, you’ve likely felt his dedication and vibrant energy. He’s the kind of person who lifts up everyone around him, and always with a smile.
