Blayden is a kind, genuine, caring soul and beloved member at his local bowling club in Dundas. Unfortunately, up and coming bowler Blayden has recently been diagnosed with APML which is a rare form of leukaemia that affects less than 100 Australians per year.
Whilst the survival rate from APML is thankfully high, the recovery process is a long and arduous one that begins with 6 weeks of chemotherapy in hospital. Blayden will also undergo a handful of other treatments in hospital before being hit with substantial ongoing medical bills following his discharge. As Blayden will require a significant amount of time off of work to focus on his health and recover, any support you can offer will be greatly appreciated - thank you.
