Hi, my name is Crystal Chavez. I am starting this GoFund for my mother, Blanca Chavez. Her life took a turn 4/17 when we found out she had a large tumor (8.8cm to be exact) in her brain. 

Ever since then it has been nothing but hospital visits/stays and the medical bills are really racking up. 

Thankfully she was placed with some of the best Dr’s and was able to endure a 14 hr surgery where they were able to remove it. So we are so GRATEFUL for that. 

She has been placed in an Inpatient Rehab and is undergoing multiple physical therapy and speech sessions to get her back to feeling like herself. Unfortunately, after the biopsy came back we found out she has a grade 2 mengioma so she will also need to undergo radiation treatment to try to ensure this mass doesn’t come back. We are keeping faith and praying for the best. Nonetheless, we know she is on a long road to recovery. We want her to focus on healing and not have to worry about how my dad is going to pay for everything. We hope you can consider making a donation to help with medical costs, groceries, etc since she is out of work and we’re not sure when/if she will be able to go back.
