In 2023, at just 18 years old, Blake was diagnosed with Ewing’s Sarcoma—a rare and aggressive form of bone cancer.
He faced it head-on, enduring endless rounds of chemo, hospital stays, physical pain, and emotional battles no young man should ever have to face. And somehow, through sheer determination, grit, and quiet courage, Blake made it through. He rang the bell. He went into remission.
We thought that would be the end of the nightmare. But it wasn’t.
While still recovering from the trauma of cancer, Blake was involved in a horrific car accident. He was placed in a coma. Once again, we held our breath, praying he’d come back to us. And once again—he did. Blake woke up. He fought back. He began piecing his life together again, one slow, painful step at a time.
But then came the hardest blow of all.
The cancer is back.
And this time, it’s more aggressive.
More painful.
And even more uncertain.
Blake is now 19. He should be out chasing dreams, not fighting for his life—again. Yet here he is, standing at the edge of another impossible mountain, doing what he’s always done: facing it with bravery and grace.
But this time, he needs more than strength.
He needs time.
He needs peace.
He needs to live.
This fundraiser isn’t just about cancer or hospitals. It’s about giving Blake what cancer has tried to take—joy, freedom, adventure, and the right to experience the best of life while he still can.
My name is Glen Clarke, I am Blake’s uncle and I will be managing this go fund me. Every dollar raised will go directly toward:
• Helping Blake fulfil his dreams and tick off his bucket list
• Creating beautiful, unforgettable memories with his family and friends
• Covering comfort care, travel, and quality of life needs
• Giving him time away from hospitals—where he can just be Blake, not a patient
- The funds raised will be used for assisting in the costs of treatments, accomodation, food and life’s costs whilst Bake is receiving treatment.
- I will personally transfer these funds to Blake, Karina (Mother) or directly paying any bills that he receives throughout this journey.
This is about making sure Blake gets to feel alive again—after two long years, that’s taken almost everything from him.
