Help Blake get to Huntsman Cancer Institute

As you all know, Blake has been fighting cancer hard for the past year... his attitude has been
amazing and if positivity can beat this stupid cancer then Blake WILL WIN!! Blake’s prognosis
has recently changed, though... his last body
scans show that the cancer has infested the
entire lining of his brain and without a miracle it WILL quickly take over ... he is currently getting spinal injections of chemo to try and slow it
down... his attitude remains positive... and much of that is due to the huge support system he has of family and friends... he appreciates so much
all of your thoughts and prayers in his behalf!

Everyone who knows Blake calls him a friend.    He is kind, genuine, gracious, intentional, 
amazingly positive and unbelievably selfless.    

Let us all pay it forward for him!  Let’s help him  
get to the Huntsman Cancer Institute in Salt Lake that will give him the best chance to beat
