Help Blake Get Ankle Surgery

Hi, for those of you who don't know me my name is Leigh. I am the lucky gal who locked this crazy man down.

As most of you know our health care system is pretty frustrating and even with health insurance this surgery is going to be insanely pricey. On Monday Blake was doing what Blake does and sustained a fractured ankle. He fractured the lateral process of the talus bone, this injury is not uncommon to the snowboard community. Thinking this would be a mellow jump back injury, we were brought to the reality that this is going to be a much longer and more expensive journey than we anticipated. After a CT scan we found that the fracture is displaced and will have to undergo surgery if Blake wants to have a full recovery. Unfortunately Blake also can not work during this time being as he will not be able to put weight on his ankle for up to 6 weeks. From there he can start PT and hopefully get back to work after 8 weeks.
