Help Blake during his recovery!

On 09/20/2024 at 9:58pm my nephew, the infamous, Blake Chavis was involved in a horrible car accident. He was in the backseat of the vehicle when they collided head on with a light pole. There were angels definitely around him and with the others in the car. Although his injuries could have been much worse he is faced with a long road of recovery. This morning he underwent back surgery to clean out bone fragments within his spinal canal. The neuro surgeon was able to stabilize his L1-L4 vertebraes with fusion, rods and screws to avoid cord compression as a result of the fractures. He will remain in the hospital until the middle to end of next week. Blake will be in a brace for a minimum of two months after he goes home. The surgeon said this morning no lifting anything heavier than a gallon of milk during this time. After two months if the neuro surgeon is pleased with his healing process he will then begin physical therapy. If you know my nephew this is going to be the test of a lifetime. He eats, lives and breathes anything on wheels that exceeds 100+mph and breaks records when the light turns green. We do not anticipate Blake will return back to work for at least the remainder of 2024. As a responsible almost 20 year old he has bills. I would like to help eleviate any financial burden on him over the next few months with the help of everyone who knows and loves him.
