Our brother, Blake Collins needs your help! On Thursday September 21st, 2017, Blake was involved in a life threatening sky diving accident. He is currently on life support at St. Anthonys hospital in Lakewood Colorado. Due to the severity of his injuries,the cost of his medical bills will be extensive. Any and all funds will be put towards some of the following:
•Life flight to a level one trauma center
•Multiple surgeries
•ICU stay
•Rehabilitation
•Transport back to Seattle
•Assistance with cost of living while out of work
It will be a long road ahead for Blake, getting back to being the vibrant , loving, and outgoing man we all know of him as being. Anything you can donate will be helpful and greatly appreciated. We are determined to reach our goal of $50,000, so please share with as many people as possible.
