Hi I’m Blair, I’m a performing arts instructor and graphic designer! I am in need of immediate financial assistance for gastroenterologist visits, specialty doctors appointments, physical therapy and chiropractic sessions, talk therapy and psychiatric care after aging out of my former foster child Medicaid coverage as a disabled adult victim of child abuse! These sessions can run from $70-100 individually and with my Medicaid coverage before I left town I was having 6-10 appointments a week for the amount of medical attention that I need so please that keep in mind while donating! I’m happy to say through donations we have secured outstanding, truly dream housing for as long as needed so that’s one goal down, one more to go! I also need to buy furniture, make up for moving costs and living essentials would be greatly appreciated as well!
