Blade is a service dog that was donated to my friend. He had a broken leg prior to her receiving him. My friend is struggling and can't afford a $300 Xray. She is willing to reimburse those who donate (in August, when she saves up enough money). The vet who evaluated him said his leg is broken. Blade needs surgery before the broken bones fuse together, which will complicate the surgery. Pet insurance will NOT cover the Xray. However, insurance will pay for a portion of his surgery. Seeing him struggle is heartbreaking. Being a pup, he wants to run and play, naturally. Bless his heart. If 20 kind folks donate $15 each, he can finally get an Xray.
