Help Black Non-Binary who lost just Lost job

I was recently fired from a local Memphis coffee shop for standing up for myself and asking for my needs. when I pushed back on the company's demands and asked for clarity in the expectations, the manager called me combative. When I asked that our conversation stayed via email and to not meet in person due to covid and my anxiety, I was fired.  You can read the entire email thread on my Instagram highlight entitled "I got fired". Insta name: pandemic_atthe_disco.  Now in the midst of a pandemic, in a city where cases are rising and jobs are few, I am without funds outside of my GA which only provides me with $1000 per month. I am going into my practicum and Internship year at school and don't really have the time to search for another job and just need enough to get me through this year.
