i am asking for support in raising rent for the winter months where my work hours are significantly lower, making it hard to make rent & bills and get other necessities like food, pet care, household items, etc. i am struggling to find another job due to antiblackness and ableism, so i would really appreciate this help.

 

show up for Black people, sending reparations is the least you could do. i have seen nonblack people ask for more and reached their goals in less than a month while seeing Black people, specifically Black trans people, ask for support and still haven't reached their goals and it has been months/years. do not ignore us! share with your nonblack & financially privileged friends + families.

UPDATE: lost my job while already struggling to make rent + necessities. increasing my goal so i can recieve support while i search for work where i dont have to deal with antiblackness & harassment from the public on a daily basis.
