Help BKR to retain hearing & Speech

One of my friends has adopted a remote village in India. One of the boys in the village - B. Koteswara Rao, 10yrs old was diagnosed with Profound SNHL and if he is not treated with implants, he would go deaf and dumb. The total cost is INR 8.5L (medical reports and quote from Apollo attached).
They have requested for PM fund through Guntur MP and secured INR 3L. They need to raise INR 5.5L in a month as the boy has to be treated before that. Any help we could do is appreciated.
I will be transfering the funds directly to Apollo Hospital's account in India towards the implants and other expenses in the below estimate.
