Help Bitsy Get Life-Saving Dental Surgery

Hi, I'm Kier and I'm making this GoFundMe for my 5-year-old cat Bitsy.

My baby girl used to be so playful and energetic, and it pains me to see her suffer. She stopped eating as much and became matted due to drooling from her having bad teeth. I have tried to help by combing her and shaving her fur to help her not have to groom as much but I know she needs more help.

I've taken her to the vet a few times now and tried several medications to help with her teeth and gums. She is at the point where the Vet can't prescribe her anymore due to the chance that she may develop diabetes now from the medications.

The last hope we have is to do a full teeth extraction which I was quoted around $1,500. They told me it's this option or I may have to put her down which is the last thing in the world that I want to do. She doesn't deserve it.

I work as much as I can but due to bills and taking care of family, I can't afford the full amount that the vet needs all at once.

I just want her to not have pain anymore and be happy again. If anyone can help it would be very appreciated. Bitsy is the sweetest baby and has been through so much. She is fighting with all her might; I want to save her.

If I can put in my own money as well as with any help from this, I will post and update this until she is better!

This was with the first round of medicine which we can't give her anymore she was looking healthy again. Which is why I wish I can get her the teeth extraction I know she can pull through again if we can get rid of the one thing keeping her back from thriving.

It felt horrible when the vet told me they couldn't give her the steroids anymore. She has gotten worse again since they stopped. And I feel so guilty I can't do this for her on my own.
