Biscuit was found very malnourished and has breathing problems. She was discarded not long after giving birth to a litter of puppies. Biscuit requires an operation to help her breath properly and to improve her quality of life. The operation costs £1,000. More information about West Wales Poundies Dog Rescue: We are a small registered charity dedicated to saving the lives of dogs in council pounds. A small number of dogs come in our care via other circumstances. After dogs arrive at the pound, the dogs have just 7 days to be claimed by their owners. After the 7 days have passed, if there is a space available they will go to a rescue organisation. If there isn't space, they can be destroyed. We are all volunteers and depend on your help to save these dogs.
