Hey amigos! I'm Morgan and my husband and I found an abandoned puppy on our walk in the Portuguese countryside. We are fostering and bringing him back to health while we search for his forever home. He was tick infested and has major dry/itchy skin, and was underweight. We are asking for donations to get him back on his feet.
