Bipolar Craftsman needs an ESA - Save Maeve

Donation protected
Hello followers and friends. Most of you know me as the guy that makes the weird curved knives. But I’m also a self employed craftsman with bipolar disorder. I didn’t realize exactly how much our furry friends can ground our mental health until my two senior dogs passed in 2022. In the last 3 months I have made two expensive efforts to replace my ESA - Emotional Support Animal. The first failed when our rescue pup Margot scared my 3 year old son barking and growling at him. I spent a pretty penny on behavioral modification training and ultimately still couldn’t keep Margot, deciding that son’s life long love of dogs was more important than fitting this square dog into a round crate, so to speak. My second effort has now landed me a 9 week old Labrador puppy diagnosed with deadly Parvo virus 48 hours into my ownership. She has been dropped off at an inpatient vet and the $4000 deposit for base line treatment has been put on a credit card. Most of these financial decision on paper have not been my wisest, but that’s the trouble with mental health, people don’t always make the best decisions when looking for a way to feel better. Small donations to help us pay that bill quickly will go a long way. Thanks for considering
