We all know the story of immigrants in America. Coming to America is never easy especially when you are leaving everything you know behind to start over in a new land and environment with new people, customs and beliefs. My step mother is one of those brave African ladies who came out here more than 25years ago. She has been there for all my siblings, cousins, and even friends. Everyone who meets her is automatically in love with how charismatic she is. This amazing lady works 7 days a week and has helped so many people back home from orphanages, to Arabic schools, to helping people get food on their table for ramadan. Now it is time to help my step mom. She has put her all into building a house for her and her entire family and has spent years making it a place to call home. She has yet to visit this house as it had just finished being built in 2020 before being destroyed in a devastating fire on January 28th, 2021. She is torn and I am here to ask that you help by donating whatever you can to help her build back her house. If you cannot donate, please share and spread the word.
