Bingo is a stray cat who has been a quiet presence in our Eastbrook neighborhood. On the coldest night of the new year, we found him outside and realized he had a serious injury to his face. Wanting to help, we brought him inside to keep him warm and safe. Over the next 72 hours, we monitored him closely and saw that his wounds were oozing and becoming infected. It was clear he needed urgent care.

On Wednesday, January 7th, we took Bingo to Healthy Pets Urgent Care. The veterinary team discovered the extent of his injuries, cleaned and shaved his wounds, and did their best to expel the infection. The visit included an exam, cleaning, antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medication, and other necessary medicines. We covered these costs with a credit card, but our funds are very limited, especially with tax season right after the holidays.

The funds raised will help pay for Bingo’s emergency care, as well as any follow-up appointments, medicine, and supplies he’ll need to recover. Any contribution, no matter the size, will go directly toward helping Bingo heal and get back on his paws. Thank you to all of those who hear Bingo's story and would like to support his recovery.
