Hello, my name is Bina Sharma Dhital, and I am humbly reaching out for your support during the most difficult time of my life.
In September 2025, at the age of 48, I was diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer — one of the most aggressive and unpredictable forms of breast cancer. The diagnosis came suddenly, without warning, and it shattered the simple, peaceful life I had been living. I was overwhelmed, terrified, and emotionally broken knowing that my life was about to be consumed by hospitals, treatments, pain, and endless uncertainty.
The past few months have been a storm of emotions and medical decisions. I have already completed four cycles of chemotherapy followed by a lumpectomy surgery. Everything happened so fast that I
barely had time to process anything. Even though my cancer is Stage 2, the triple-negative nature makes the fight much harder and more urgent. With my doctors’ guidance, I started chemotherapy immediately, hoping to stop the cancer from spreading throughout my body.
Today, I am grateful to still be here — hopeful, positive, and determined. But my journey is far from over.

Why I Need Your Help
I am receiving treatment at a public hospital, and although some basic tests are covered, all major treatments, medications, and repeated diagnostic
tests come with heavy expenses. I have already used up all my savings just to complete the first four chemotherapy cycles and my surgery.
Now, I am waiting for the post-surgery biopsy report, and doctors have prepared me for what comes next:
➡️ Four more cycles of chemotherapy
➡️ Regular scans and tests every few weeks for the next five years
➡️ Medications, follow-ups, and unexpected medical needs
The estimated cost for my full recovery is $7,000–$10,000, depending on how my body responds to treatment. At this point, the financial strain is becoming unbearable. I never imagined I would be in a situation where I needed to ask for help just to survive — but here I am, fighting not
just cancer, but also the overwhelming fear of not being able to afford the care that could save my life.

How You Can Help
I am raising $10,000 to cover my upcoming chemotherapy cycles, medications, tests, and essential treatment costs.
Every single dollar will directly help me continue my cancer treatment and move closer to a cancer-free life.
If you are not able to donate, I completely understand — even sharing my story with others would mean the world to me.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading, supporting, and standing with me in this fight.
Your kindness gives me strength. ❤️
— Bina
