Hello there! I am a friend of Billy's and my son Lucas worked with him as a trainer in Chicago before we moved out East. Billy was not just a trainer for my son; he was a wonderfully positive and funny mentor, friend, and motivator. It is not an exaggeration to say that he changed my son's life with just weekly training sessions. I know he has done the same for many other kids and adults in his career.
However, now Billy and his family are facing the biggest challenge ever to overcome his ALS diagnosis. He has only asked for prayers, but we know how expensive and difficult longer-term treatment can be. So I am asking you, in addition to including him in your prayers, to consider giving as generously as possible to this fund to support him and his family to get through this rough time. Any amount will help, and we all know he would do the same for us, whether he knew us well or not.
Also, if you feel comfortable, would you share the link with your networks on FB and otherwise so that we can get to or maybe even exceed our goal?
Be very well,
Annette Charles
