Here at Tiny Shelter, Albufeira, Algarve, Portugal we rescue and rehome hundreds of dogs.The shelter is manned by volunteers and we receive no government aid. We are funded by donations from our generous supporters. This is Billy.He was found starving and thirsty by the bins near the shelter. He ate like he hadn't eaten for a long,long time.

Now he has been diagnosed with hip dysplasia on his left side.

His operation will cost 2,000€ . At only 8 months, and his early traumatic life,he deserves this chance to lead a normal, happy life.
