Help Billy while he is out of work

My name is Kendra Sisco. I am an ibew member out of local 100. William Rowen who is out of ibew local 357 has been my best friend for 12 years. He is a solid brother and he donates to every collection even when he is low on money himself. He has been having some health issues that I won't go into too much detail about because it's not my place to tell. But he has diabetes and severe asthma. On December 21st he stopped breathing and had to be intubated and taken to the hospital by ambulance. He was working but because of poor weather conditions he hasn't worked in almost a month. I talked him into asking for a layoff on December 20th in the hope we would go to work somewhere else. The company gave him a quit so he can't file unemployment and now he is in the hospital on a ventilator. I am asking you to please help him out like he has helped so many others. He isn't asking because he would never ask for help but I am. He is a good friend and a great brother! He would do anything for anybody and now he needs help. I want to get him enough so he can pay his rent and his bills through the holidays. Please help any way you can.
