We never imagined we’d be writing an update like this. Billy is currently in hospital and has been admitted for emergency treatment. After everything he has already overcome, he is now facing another critical battle and urgently needs surgery. The estimated cost of his treatment is more than $7,000, and we’re asking for your help to give him the best possible chance. Many of you have followed Billy’s journey from the very beginning. After being rescued from severe neglect, he has shown incredible strength and resilience. He has fought through serious illness, spent countless hours receiving veterinary care, and slowly began learning what love, safety and kindness feel like. Watching him grow from a frightened little rescue goat into the happy, curious Billy that so many of you have come to love has been nothing short of incredible. Seeing him back in hospital is absolutely heartbreaking. Right now, our only focus is making sure Billy receives the life-saving care he needs. Every donation made through this fundraiser will go directly towards his emergency surgery, hospitalisation, specialist veterinary care, medications, diagnostics, pain relief and his recovery.
