My name is Billy, and I never imagined I would be in a position where I’d need to ask for help. After losing my leg, life has changed in ways I couldn’t have prepared for. I’ve used up all of my savings and am still waiting for help from social security, but that process takes time. Right now, I have no money for bills, medicine, food, or even the basics. My wife had to leave her job so she could help get me to doctor’s appointments, and it’s been a struggle for both of us every day.

The funds raised here will go directly toward keeping a roof over our heads, paying for rent, lights, water, food, and our car payment. I’m also hoping to get a prosthetic leg, which would help me regain some independence and make daily life a little easier.
