I am Cheryl Whited (Ferris) and I am making this go fund me for my dad Billy Ferris. On Saturday September 2nd. My dad was on vacation and was helping another vacationer get his truck out of the sand in Port Aransas. In the process of helping, my dad fell off the jeep and severely broke his hip and pelvis. He had surgery to repair the break on September 5th, but is going to be down for a minimum of 3 months.
Anyone that knows my dad knows that he is always willing to help anyone in need. Doesn’t matter if they are a friend, family or perfect stranger. If he’s around and they are in need of help he stops everything and helps however he can.
That’s why I am asking that anyone that is able to help please donate to this GoFundMe and help make their long road to recovery a little less stressful.
